  8. DoctorIcon - V1.0 by Ray Lambert.
  9.     Doctor Icon provides all the tools neccessary for the creation and
  10.     editing of all icon types.  Doctor Icon not only combines the features
  11.     of many of the CLI-based icon utilities but also integrates them into
  12.     a single omni-tool. Doctor Icon covers all the bases, offering nearly
  13.     every possible method for the import and export of icons and their
  14.     images.  Doctor Icon allows all components of an icon to be created
  15.     and/or modified.

  18.     Brush to Image "C" code generator. Will work with all IFF ILBM formats
  19.     except HAM. Use as a gadget image etc.  BI will display the image in
  20.     low or high resolution, hi-res interlaced, and 672X432 overscan mode.
  21.     BI 1.3 adds support for Basic programmers.

  24.     Can create icons up to 640x200 pixels. Handles creation and editing
  25.     of dual-rendered icons. Uses scroll bars for ease of moving around
  26.     icon bitmap. Icon preview function allows you to see what your icon
  27.     will look like without leaving the program.  Any changes made to the
  28.     icon bitmap can be seen immediately in the preview. Detaches from CLI
  29.     for background running. Able  to  edit miscellaneous aspects of the
  30.     icon  including  the aspects edited by the WorkBench menu item "INFO"
  31.     Icon Type (DISK/DRAWER/PROJECT/TOOL/GARBAGE) and much more.
